Improve your mood.

· Have sex when you get the opportunity.

· Engage yourself in “Five-minute positive energy meditation. It involves shutting the door to distractions, relaxing and focusing on a beautiful power image such as a sunset or waterfall.

Take care of your body.

· Exercise, for one thing.

· Eat fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods.

· Avoid sugar and diet soda.

· Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption.

Treat others well.

Don’t gossip.

Look at how you can serve others.

Help your co-workers and add something positive to your environment.

What is Healthy and Productive Life? How do I feed my life?

It’s very simple. I am taking my example. Here’s my routine:

Early to Rise: 4.30 am. A large glass of water kept overnight in copper jug

Morning Tea: 6. 00 am Daily different recipes. I will discuss it later.

Meal One : 7:00 a.m., Two fried eggs (organic) with a piece of toasted bread. A large mug of fresh juice or Green Tea. I will discuss it.

Meal Two : 10:30 am to11:00 a.m., Blended vegetable drink or a piece of toasted bread with organic peanut butter or Pumpkin Butter or Fresh Fruits or Fresh Juice. We will talk about it.

Meal Three : 12:45 p.m. or 1:15 p.m., Whole Lentil’s Soup with Indian Bread and Seasonal Vegetable.

Meal Four: 5:30 p.m., after my office hours. Shakes or light protein snacks.

Meal Five : 7:00 p.m. to 7.30 pm. A well balanced dinner.

Meal Six : Does not exist when I’m being good. Once or twice a week I snack on something. When I do, I always regret it.(Laughs). I say Good Night to my beloved

Like my work routine, my eating routine has been developed over time. It is now designed to give me optimum energy throughout the day and provide me with the nutrients I’ve been told I need to lead a healthy life.

Most of my current eating habits have been influenced by my personal research. I can say approach to food is not difficult to understand.

I believe that natural is better.

You don’t have to count calories.

Remember these three easy principles:

“Principle #1: Eat protein in every meal.

“Principle #2: Limit carbohydrate intake.

“Principle #3: Eat natural fats.”

I have tried dozens of eating plans over the years.

This one works best for me. I like being able to eat five times a day. I don’t mind if each of those meals is small. Food is primarily fuel for me. I want to put the highest quality fuel I can into my body as often as I can.

Of course, you don’t have to eat exactly the same foods that I do.

What you eat is a matter of personal choice.

But to stay productive, energetic, and healthy, I recommend that you try for a similar balance of fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and fiber.

When you’re full of energy, your goals will be easier to reach. And you’ll enjoy their achievement even more when you’re feeling healthy and strong.

It is important for families to take meals together

Family meals provide an opportunity for family members to come together, strengthen ties and build better relationships. They build a sense of belonging which leads to better self-esteem. Family meals offer parents a chance to be role models. They can set an example of healthy eating and polite table manners.

More and more parents are realizing the importance of sharing family time at the dining table. Eating together tends to promote more sensible eating habits, which in turn helps family members manage their weight more easily.

Eating together encourages family togetherness. Sitting together to share meals boosts communication and strengthens relationships.

You may think that the biggest benefit of eating together as a family is to ensure that everyone has fed properly.
