Time may move slowly,
but it always changes things.
Sometimes it walks with hesitation,
sometimes it speaks without a sound.
What feels like a burden today,
what weighs heavily on your breath,
tomorrow will return as a memory
and quietly ask—was the pain really endless?
Time has witnessed broken dreams,
the dampness in lonely eyes.
It has seen smiles fall apart,
and hopes gather themselves again.
Hands that are empty today
will hold something tomorrow.
Paths that seem dark today
will one day light their own lamps.
Time does not place a bandage
on every wound,
but it teaches us how to endure pain.
It does not give answers,
but teaches us how to reach them.
Many times it feels
as if nothing has changed at all,
yet deep within,
we are no longer the same.
Those who once turned away from loved ones
learn to understand them.
Those who once surrendered to defeat
learn to rise and fight again.
Time teaches us silence
when words abandon us,
and it teaches us patience
when roads abandon us.
It does not give everyone
what they desire,
but it gives exactly
what helps them move forward.
The tears that fall today
become strength tomorrow.
The nights that feel endless today
become stories tomorrow.
So when the heart begins to break,
when everything seems to stand still,
remember—
time may move slowly,
but it always changes things.
