Silence is peaceful only when chosen,
But silence born from fear is a quiet prison.
A heart that wants to speak yet trembles—
slowly forgets its own rhythm.
What is life if not felt deeply?
What is breath if not lived freely?
Words unsaid turn into weight,
and dreams ignored become fate.
A body dies only once, they say—
but truth whispers something more:
A person dies many silent deaths
when thoughts stop growing
and the soul stops speaking
for fear of being ignored.
A mind that questions stays alive,
A voice that speaks truth survives.
Courage isn’t roaring loudly—
Sometimes it’s simply saying,
“This is who I am.”
Think—when doubt surrounds you.
Speak—when fear tries to silence you.
Live—not like a shadow passing,
but like a flame that refuses to fade.
For the truly living
are not the ones who merely breathe—
but the ones who dare to feel,
to question,
to dream,
and to be real.
Alive is the one
who refuses to die inside
before the body dies outside.
